Create a layout complete with pictures and design for your fan on the computer, and print it out. Then you can either buy some card stock and print off all the copies you will need on your computer or take it to a copy shop (their printers are better-and don't cost much money) and get all the print outs you need for each side. White is the most popular color for fans, though you can use colored paper to compliment your wedding colors as well which, can be very pretty.
