1. They think it is going to be easy

I know this first hand; boy do I know this. After 3 years and $30,000, yes $30,000, oh how I hate to admit that, of trying to find the easy way to make money, I finally woke up. I realized that I was going to have to step up and work hard. I had wanted to find something that I could set up in a day and be cashing my cheques the next day. Boy, would that not be great. The programs themselves were not complicated but putting out the effort to make it work was huge.

2. They try to go it alone

That is just crazy! You will need help and lots off it. You must learn to take advantage of all the resources that are available to you. Get phone numbers, email addresses etc. Try and find someone who is working with the same internet business. All I can say is ask, ask, ask and ask again. If you do not, you will be spending all your time being frustrated. There are internet marketers out there that can help you on a one to one basis if you are serious.

3. They expect instant results.

If you expect fast results, you might as well not even start. Without question there will be informational overload in a big way. So be ready to be wowed. You will have to be organize and driven. And above all, you will have to be extremely patient with yourself. This will be new territory, give it a chance.
