If we examine that pile closer we might discover an important comment that often slips quietly passed our notice. You get an email touting the latest money making method they say has just been launched. You read down the text and come to... "I've tested this for a year, I'm a high school drop out and I made 126,000 dollars this month.'
Apart from the question of, 'if you've been making $126,000 per month, enough to retire on, then why are you selling this to me for $19.95,' the more interesting issue we're concerned with is, 'I've tested this for a year...".
They're actually telling you that they've been using this method to rake in the top money for a long time, for a year in fact. Instead of being in at the exciting launch of a 'new' wealth method, you are actually just another blip on their money earning run, now in month thirteen.
If you've ever suspected that there's a lot going on behind the scenes, that the internet gurus have their own schemes and a pile of wealth methods they either keep to themselves, or sell only to each other, then you'd be right.
By the time you and I hear about these 'new' methods through an onslaught of emails, the low hanging fruit, or easy sales, have already been plucked, the train has left the station.
Obviously the best place to be is at the start of the 12 month trial. The official name is a Beta trial. The purpose of Beta trials are to work out the bugs and kinks. They're usually a slightly bumpy road, a process of discovering technical bloopers that make programs freeze or crash. However, they are closely shepherded by the programs designers and gurus who do the promotion and traffic gathering. Wouldn't it be nice to have close contact with the shakers and movers? That would probably be good for you and your bank balance.
If you want to get into a Beta trial you usually have to be close to the course designer. To get yourself into these circles, a great first step is to open an email account where you can send nothing but junk mail. Every time you get one of those wealth maker emails, take up all of their free offers and keeping giving them the junker email address. This will keep expanding your range of potential contacts, and build up a huge pile of really useful internet marketing information in the form of PDF's.
To get into a Beta trial first look for an internet guru who focuses on the wealth methods that you're most interested in. By choosing an experienced, well known guru you're gaining two things; his/her new programs will have fewer bugs, and will have the best chance of being a successful money earner. You may have to buy one or two of their programs to get a good feel for the way they work,and the quality of their products.
Then track down the contact us information tucked away in the corners of these wealth programs, and address your emails to the guru personnely, asking for beta testing contact information, and volunteer your services. Discuss aspects of working the wealth products that you've paid for, get interested in the products and learn more about the guru personally.
You'll be surprised how quickly you'll be swapping emails with the top man himself, and that you will be invited to get on the Beta tests.
Remember, our income is usually the average of our five best friends, and now you're making friends with some very wealthy people. You'll know you're on your way when people start approaching you for advice. With the right friends, it won't take long, and before you know it, you'll be a guru too, conceiving, building and testing products of your own.
