Choose an exercise to do for at least 20 minutes a day.

Bear in mind, you don't need to extend the length of your exercise in order to achieve your ideal health.It really depends on what type of exercise you do, and it is not directly proportionate to the length of your exercise or how often you exercise. You just need to keep track of your progress after a long time.

You may have probably heard this from others - No Pain, No Gain.

You may think that you need to spend a rigorous day at the gym to see results every single time. But in actual fact, Exercise tends to accumulate over a period of time depending on the things you do daily.

For example, if you are very active around the house - cooking, cleaning, washing, and walking around, it is as effective as spending a whole day at the gym (without compromising your current lifestyle).

So if you want to keep yourself busy, make sure you don't put off your chores and you continue to find things to keep you busy everyday.

If you are a housewife or if you are the man of the house, find things to fix such as your roof or mowing your lawn.

Of course there are some that might say, "Well, I'm healthy enough. I don't need to exercise at all and all I need to do is to eat less." Well the truth of the matter is, what goes in has to come out. You can't leave your body just like this.

Once again, plan your exercises every once in a while. You can find time to do simple exercises while you are at the office. You can put some dumbbells there and get active during your lunch break. Try walking to the office or taking the stairs. You don't have to take the elevator most of the time.

Exercise at least 3 times in a week and you will find that you will be less lethargic and you will burn off more fat in the long run.
