In this article, I'll share how I generate a unlimited number of high quality free mlm leads using online messengers like Skype.

Many people use online messenger programs on their computers like MSN messenger, Yahoo messenger, AOL messenger and maybe some that I have not even heard of in certain countries.

However, in recent years, Skype messenger has also become very popular. Not just because it is something like MSN, Yahoo or AOL messenger. But because it is mainly used for making high quality internet phone calls between people in different countries.

I have personally tried MSN, Yahoo etc... to make free long distance calls, however Skype is by far the best i have used.

Besides being able to talk for free with people in different countries while using Skype internet calls, it also has a very powerful and useful "Search" function which you can use to find other Skype users from all over the world.

You can search them by their country, sex, age, etc. And if you choose people who have turned on "Skype Me" mode, it means that these people are open to strangers who want to strike up a conversation with them.

When you search for these Skype users, look out for people who have a self introduction. I often find people who are using Skype for business purposes from respectable companies like travel firms, shipping companies and even language schools.

Now let's say your mlm company happens to have a branch in vietnam and you wanted to recruit someone there.

1) Download the free Skype messenger software from http://www.Skype.com

2) Install it on your computer and set up your headphone and microphone headset. Just follow the simple instructions after installation.

3) Go to "Search" and choose "Vietnam" to start looking for other skype users from vietnam, ho chi minh city.

4) Click on those people to see their descriptions and send them a hello message. If they are online, they will get your message and usually they will add you to their friends list. The next time both of you are online using Skype, you will see their icon on your friends list and you can start chatting or even make a free phone call to talk with that person online on your headset.

It's that simple and very cool!

Now, the important part is knowing how to strike up a conversation.

This is what I do...

Me: "Hi, nice to meet you online :) How are you?"

Them: "Hi, nice to meet you too. I'm fine."

Me: "Great, me too. So what do you do in Vietnam? I am doing my own business, what about you?"

Them: "I am in xyz job"

Me: "Oh ok, sounds interesting. Do you like your job or business?"

Them: "Yes or No..."

Me: "Well, I don't know if you'd be interested, but my company is looking for some people in your area who might be interested in helping us expand our business and earn some great income at the same time. Would you or anyone you know be keen to explore some new business opportunities?"

Them: "Yes. I am interested."

Me: "Great, check out my website http://www.xyz.com and let me know what you think. Can you do that now?"

Well, it's that simple.

And remember, just like any other method of prospecting, it's always a numbers game.

Chat with 1 person a day or more if you can afford the time using this method and you will meet new friends from all over the world without even leaving your home.

If you find a good prospect, send him to your website and let your company website do the selling.

Your job is to direct the prospect to the information and help them clear their doubts and answer their questions.

Only interested people will ask questions, otherwise ask them to refer some other friends or move on to the next person.

If you get really good at using Skype, you can chat with 4 or 5 people all at the same time by opening separate chat windows.

Now how's that for efficient and effective prospecting compared with old school face to face one on one presentations?
