You just need to do something about it before you have to go outdoors in shorts and a tank top like that, or worse, the beach! How do you lose weight for bikini season? Well it's very simple. See our bodies naturally store more fat when it's colder, and less when it's warmer, so you have that on your side. Now it's up to you to convince your body it's time to shed even more pounds. How? Well you're going to have to do a little work, but not as much as you think. You just need to exercise a little more. Keep your body in motion and you'll raise your heartrate and body temperature. This will jump start your natural fat burning process.

Of course on top of that try to get to the gym, or at least do a few pushups a few times a week, but that's in reserve for the real weight loss binge in the summer. For now, just get your body used to physical activity.

Take a ten break from work and just get your body moving. Do some torso twists (arms out like a plane and twist slowly from side to side), or a few knee pushups (girly pushups). Your goal is to get your body used to doing physical activity and convince it that it needs to start dropping pounds. The more activity you are doing the more weight your body thinks it needs to lose so it is easier on you. See, ain't science cool?

You may need to give it a little help along the way though. To lose weight for bikini season you're also going to have to eat a little better than you have been. Now there's no need to pitch all of your junk food, but gradually start replacing it with better food, and once that better food is in there, don't replace it with junk. Keep a few good snacks around (a few) to make sure you're not miserable. You want to gain happiness, not lose your sanity.

Combine a bit of exercise with eating a bit better and you'll lose 10 pounds in two weeks. The better you do it, the more weight you'll lose. It's really not a difficult process. Just remember to stay active! One more thing.
