This is why I am going o give you a few quick pointers to help you BEFORE, we get onto a behind kickingly good exercise plan to lose fat fast.

  • If you carry on eating sugar laden foods such as cookies, ice cream, donuts, chocolate, sweets, soda, junk food, it won't matter how much you exercise, you will always be overweight. Trust me on that - I coach fat loss and I have seen people try. Not pretty.
  • If you just go through the exercise motions, without actually trying to work hard, you won't get results. Just like the people who chew bubble gum and are discussing eye make up colors while walking on the treadmill, as well as reading a magazine - results will elude these people.

You NEED to put intensity into and challenge yourself in your workouts, otherwise you are just wasting your time working out.

Here is a great workout ANYBODY can do to start losing fat TODAY:

  • 15 minutes jog on treadmill
  • 15 minute bike on exercycle
  • Now we have a little body weight circuit:
  • 10 burpees
  • 30 lunges
  • 1 minute plank
  • 10 press ups
  • 10 sit ups
  • You should try and do the last wee circuit at least twice - push yourself!

If you can do this workout a few times per week, I guarantee you will lose a HEAP of body fat - just remember that fat loss is a double edge sword, you need exercise + nutrition for it to work at its peak.
