How would you like to look ten years younger in just eight weeks? The best way to do that is to give your digestion system a break. You are your best friend when it comes to how you look and feel. Simply put, you are the product that will achieve the effects of youthfulness. You can age naturally and ever so gracefully or you can age prematurely. It all depends on you and what is going into your body on a daily basis.
Pure coconut oil is an excellent product for applying at night before bed, and it doesn't burn the eyes. You will wake up with soft shiny skin. A great skin toner is organic apple cider vinegar applied several times a week. It will clean impurities and blemishes and leave the skin feeling soft and supple, and its all natural! If you want clear, blemish free complexion, alert eyes, and shiny hair, it starts with your daily diet.
If you are constipated so is your skin! Your skin needs to breathe. If you have puffy eyes, blotchy, dry skin and have no energy throughout the day, it could mean you are clogged up. You should drink lots of filtered water throughout the day as well as properly combine your food groups. Eating a protein food with a starch food together in the same meal overworks the digestion system, taking valuable energy away from us. Without stored energy we are left feeling tired and looking older than our age.
Improperly combined foods rot in the gut before they even get a chance to finish digesting. This causes gas, heartburn, bloating, and IBS symptoms. Improper food combining impedes the elimination cycle, which is very bad for our skin that is trying to breathe and expel toxins from the body. But if we're constipated those toxins are going to show in our skin tone.
Try this little experiment for eight weeks and see how you will look and feel. Eat whatever foods you like, but never mix a protein with a starch. If you feel like eating potatoes at a meal then eat four baked potatoes if you want, but don't eat meat with those four baked potatoes; instead have a side of sautéed vegetables and whole grain bread or roll. The whole focus of this way of eating is to give your digestion system a break. You will be amazed by the results. Your energy levels will improve and that will reflect in the way you look!
If you feel like eating meat instead of a starch, that's fine too. Have a couple of hamburgers and a steak, but don't mix a starchy food with that steak such as potatoes, bread, rolls, chips, rice, or pasta. Instead have a side salad and lightly steamed veggies with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic. You will get up from the table feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Plus you will have energy for the rest of the evening!
Do you know what will happen when you give your body a break like this? You will have more energy, better elimination, sleep better, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. This way of eating really works! You have to try it for at least two months. You will notice a definite improvement in the way you look. Your eyes will be full of life and you will look and feel refreshed and energized even after eating. The bonus to this way of eating is you will lose about ten pounds without even dieting! Look ten years younger in eight weeks!
