Longevity Genes - It Is True

Longevity Gene - is it true? Is there a fountain of youth gene? As the baby boomers go into the golden age, are they looking to see if they have that longevity gene that will take them to that century mark? Is there a magic pill that will give you longevity?

As we approach middle age we start asking ourselves how many more years do we have left in this life realistically. It seems like after age 50 the time clock goes a lot faster and we want to stretch the days we have left on this planet earth. Do we have this magical longevity gene, or is our longevity due to the environment in that we live in?

Let us delve into this hot subject matter of longevity.

Do you know what the human species should potentially live to? Well according to the book "Rare Earth Forbidden Cures"

Human - 145 years Chimpanzee - 52 Years Elephant - 45 Years Horses - 32 Years Dogs - 23 Years Mice - 700 Days How can a human live to age of 145 years old? That is almost double of what the life expectancy in America which is approximately 75.4 years. How can someone live that long you ask?

Believe it or not, according to "Rare Earth Forbidden Cures" there are five well-known human cultures whose peoples routinely live to their maximum potential of 120 to 145 years of age and the longest average longevity. The cultures are the Tibetans in the northwest of China, the Hunzakut of eastern Pakistan, the Russian Georgians, the Vilcabamba in the Andes of Ecuador and certain regions of Turkey.

The common denominators of the five long lived cultures include:

  • Their water source for drinking and irrigation comes from glacial melt and is known universally as "Glacial Milk" because the highly mineralized water is opaque and whitish in color like milk.
  • There is no heavy industry to pollute air, water or food.
  • Only natural fertilizer (manure, plant debris, and "Glacial Milk") is employed.
  • Western allopathic medicine was not historically available to these cultures.

If we live in an environment that is not conducive to longevity, what do we do to have a long healthy life? The only way to compensate for the exposures to pesticides, chemicals, drugs, and the lack of minerals in our soils is through good nutrition supplementation. You need to take supplements that flush the toxins out of your body and the good nutrition and mineral supplements that get absorbed back into the body. Unfortunately, there is no magic longevity gene and no magic pill, except for good natural supplements.

Give what your body needs and your body will give you that bonus of extended years.
