1. Wake up at dawn.

2. Rise up from your bed with a bright smile. Look at your face in the mirror and admire yourself for a few minutes.

3. Drink a liter of water so that you can feel fresh through out the day.

4. Move towards a wide-open space to start breathing the fresh air and allow the sun beams to touch you, which is rich in vitamin D.

5. Take a brisk walk for one hour until sweat pours down your whole body as it is the best sign to prove that your body has done an proper excretion and your body becomes brisk.

6. Rest for a few minutes after the morning walk to make your body temperature cool down.

7. Once your body becomes dry, bath with warm water. It's advisable to have head bath only twice a week.

8. Have your breakfast regularly as it's proved that the people who have their breakfast perform better on their work.

9. After reaching your work place, greet your colleagues, irrespective of their designation to inspire your level of respect among your office staff.

10. It's better to have your lunch between 12.30 and 1 in the afternoon. Do not ignore greens, vegetable salad and fruits.

11. Drink a lot of water. Doctors say that we are supposed to have at least 3 liters of water, everyday.

12. By 4 in the evening have a practice that you have a glass of milk with less sugar and not coffee or tea.

13. By 6 in the evening, have two glasses of fresh fruit juice.

14. It would be fine if you don't fill your stomach after dusk since the digestive gland works slow.

15. Don't watch television late in the night. Retire before 10 in the night.

16. Always be positive and always think "you can" and "you will".
