Litter Box Cleaning For Lazy People

Litter box cleaning can be the most annoying chore for a lazy person like myself. Cleaning the litter box is not even all that hard to do, but it is one of those things that most cat owners would rather not have to do. For lazy people like me, the daily bending and scooping can get to be too much sometimes. Unlike a task like washing the dishes, you cannot allow the box to pile up until you are finally ready to clean it at the end of the week. You may be able to tolerate filth for a little while, but cats will use your clothes and carpets if their own litter box is disgusting.

One late night, I saw a product that is a dream for every kitty owner that hates cleaning the litter box. It is called the Litter Robot, and it looks like a little cat spaceship. This is the boss of all cat boxes. It uses any clumping kitty litter and an 8-gallon trash bag. It does not even use any of those rakes or forks that other automatic litter boxes use, so you do not have to worry about wet litter getting stuck in the mechanism. Your cat simply goes inside and uses the product as it would a normal box. Several minutes later the machine will begin a cycle and sift out the clumps, dropping them into a waste drawer underneath.

All you have to do is refill the Litter Robot with litter as needed and discard the bag in the waste drawer two to three times a week. How convenient!
