You can do this; you have designed a product or service opportunity that will benefit them in their life; now sell it to them!

If you are addressing repeat customer, let them know you remember them as loyal customers'. Include an offer for a discount or a coupon that provides a valuable incentive designed to suit them. For new customers, be sure your welcome email is confident, positive in nature and leaves them smiling; after all you are welcoming them to the exclusive club filled with members only benefits ran by the president who cares about them; that would be you.

You as a business owner want to identify the differences between these members on your list and market each type differently. The standard marketing strategy of recognizing repeat customers and differentiating between new members and occasional buyers has been around for years.

Effective email marketing means it is time to sort your list in order to use the little time today's technology allows you to be sure you are reaching the members who make a difference in your email list, first. Follow up with the lackluster members another way, get their attention with a different marketing tool. Bring them back in, and then add them to your high-powered method of email marketing.
