These inflatable kayaks are normally cheaper than the rigid or hard sided ones, however they are extremely tough and if correctly maintained and looked after, will provide many years of use.

The collapsible versions are somewhat more complex than the hard sided and inflatable ones, and are normally made up of a skin and frame that is put together at the place of kayaking.
