Work On Your Toes - The toes adds a pushing power to your feet. A good jump involves your toes to add pushing power while you fly high. Hence this extra push from your toes can help you jump higher. Curl and uncurl the toes repeatedly to strengthen your toe muscles. You can also push up to your toes and hold in that position for ten second sand then relax your muscles.
