Learn How Letting Go Helps You Get a Grip!

Expert Author Darren Graham

Hey,

I have been studying and practicing self-development, goal achieving, and confidence building for the past two years now at while at the start of my journey I would have what I called Light bulb moments on a constant basis. I would realise that by focusing on what I didn't want to happen I subconsciously acted in ways that made or attracted those things to me.

I also realised that by trying to please everyone or make everyone happy, I ended up not pleasing enough people and untimely not being happy or fulfilled my self, particularly in my love life. I would go from relationship to relationship blaming the other person for the problems with it and not looking deep inside to see that the common factor between these relationships was ME! And could it be me responsible or partly responsible for the breakdown of these relationships. Well the more I reflected and more I delved into how I really felt about the women I had dated and more importantly how i felt about myself.

The penny dropped!

When I really stopped, and reflected on how I felt about myself I was shocked, I thought I wasn't doing enough in my life, I thought that I still owed people in some way for things that happened many years ago, I felt like I was being a constant failure, not just in my love life but through the rest of my life as well.

I was subconsciously beating my self up, day after day in my subconscious, the thoughts I had were insane! For instance I didn't think I would ever find true love or if I did it would be a very struggle full of obstacles along the way, talk about self sabotage.

The good thing is and what I want you to realize is that I'm speaking from the other side of that now, I have found the problem and begun fixing it. And I must say that 75% of the problem is finding the problem once you have done that fixing the problem becomes effortless!
