Preparation
This is a fact; we make preparation for our tasks before our tests, examinations, or job tasks. We plan to hold out the barrage of 'impossibilities and mistakes with plans we make for ourselves. Sadly, no matter what we do, how much we study, practice or prepare, there will exist some degree of ignorance in any problem solving situations. This is a dynamic environment we live in, so it is un avoidable.
Knowledge is power?
It is true that you must not give up on the pursuit of knowledge. But you may not have heard what I have 'seen'. No offense intended, but I tell you; my views. I read about this case: quoted from Doctor Christopher Hyatt, in the introduction to his book: The Psychopath's Bible.
"There is a lot of slop in life. You can make a ton of mistakes, and be the biggest screw-up and still survive and even succeed. Don not let anyone fool you about this. There are millions-billions-of people who believe all kinds of lies and still do well. Some people believe in the truth and are utter failures. Life is tolerant, even stupidly so."
I was astonished by his point of view, which made a strong impact on me, and made me start thinking about the future.
Just improve and do better.
Yes, you and I cannot avoid making mistakes and wrong decisions in life currently, and in the future. But we can change for the better! I support the idea of making a mistake, and attempting it again, but this time, with a different strategy.
