Kingdom Heart 2 is the sequel to Square Enix's groundbreaking Kingdom Hearts. The reason that the game was so revolutionary was because it combined Disney worlds and characters with Final Fantasy, and added in a few unique touches. The game is essentially an RPG crossed with an action game. Unlike most RPG's, you do battle in real time, and there are no random battle sequences. That being said, there is still a lot of tinkering and strategies that you can employ, and the usage of magic and how you set up your support characters (Donald Duck and Goofy) goes a long way to how well you'll get on. You play as a young boy called Sora, who is trying to defeat the Heartless and rescue his friends Riku and Kairi.

A Kingdom Hearts 2 final form refers to a character's evolution. The final form is the last form that they can take. As the game goes on, your character will learn new moves which will help him become a better warrior and allow him to get to new places.

Sora's Kingdom Hearts 2 final form means that he can do a double jump and then glide through the air, meaning you can get to lots of different secret areas that you wouldn't be able to reach if you could only do your normal jump.

To complete the game you don't have to go all the way to your Kingdom Hearts 2 final form - it is optional. Despite this, I would highly recommend spending the time to get all of the character upgrades as it will make the later levels a lot easier and more enjoyable. I'm also a person that likes to complete games fully, and that means evolving Sora to the final form.
