Basically Toyota Kijang is a 7 passenger vehicle. Today, the latest edition of Toyota Kijang, Kijang Innova V2.7, is available in the market. This edition is equipped by an inline, four-cylinder, 2,700 cc engine with variable valve timing with intelligence (VVT-i) technology. This new engine is able to produce 160 horsepower (hp) at 5,200 rpm of top power and 339 Newton meter (Nm) at 3,800 rpm of maximum torque. What makes Innova 2.7V different is the transmission technology. Unlike previous Kijang Innova which use conventional automatic transmission, the latest version of Innova applies electronic control transmission (ECT) technology.
