Okay folks, how many programs have you joined over the last couple of years promising that they will teach you how to make a lot of money or teach you how to build a huge downline, quickly and easily? Same old story, right?

Well I have to say that there are a few programs out there that do help people learn and earn but, they are far and away only a handful that truly help you learn how to market online and actually really teach you how to sharpen your skills.

Affiliate marketing with Wealthy Affiliate is one such program that stands out from the pack. Why do I think that?

Well, I was very skeptical when I was researching the program. I decided to take a deeper look into the workings of what was making Wealthy Affiliate so unique in this vast online sea of so called marketing gurus. Well I found out that Kyle and Carson (Creators of Wealthy Affiliate) do not consider themselves guru's at all. Far from it! One of the reasons they are becoming one of fastest growing online marketing educators today, is because of their loyalty to the members.

They are frequently in the members forum, greeting and helping new members. Personally answering members questions and creating new online educational marketing information. They truly use what they teach.

Here are the basic questions that every person trying their hand in online marketing are asking.

Of course the first question is, Where do I start?

First, find a niche. Any niche that you have a passion for will do to start of with. Then drill down using a broad keyword search. Then you will find keyword phrases that you can target. Wealthy Affiliate shows you how and which keyword tools to use to get the right information.

Second, find a product that you might be able to sale in your particular niche. You can find that products on Clickbank, Linkshare, Commission Junction, etc.

Third, build a simple website. I know, I know.......if your like me, building a website is a thorn in my side. But, you can start of by using a simple blog. Like Blogger or Wordpress putting your affiliate links in the blog or site.

Forth, Traffic. Right articles about your niche and submit them to article directories such as Ezine Articles. (Note: Never use affiliate links in your resource box!). Just do a search for article directories to find more.

Fifth, repeat the process.

These are the basics of using Wealthy Affiliate but, there is so much more. Educational resources for learning PPC, Article Marketing, Website design, Webhosting, How to Spy on you competition, website building software, etc.

One of the drawbacks of Wealthy Affiliate is that there is so much information to take in that it will literally take weeks to go through all of the internet marketing educational information. But, hey.....they don't promise to make you rich overnight! If you really want to learn internet marketing, I think it is worth a look. If not, I guess you can keep trying pay per click, networking or such. Until you build a presence on the internet, you will never really make it pay off.
