They say that Motivation is the key to success? They also say that motivation is all you need to achieve your goals. But is it true? Can you really get success just by being motivated to get success? In simple words I would say no.

You can't get success just by being motivated. You need to have other skills as well to get success. Motivation alone is not enough to get success. There are lots more other factors that decide the success of an Individual

You also need to have knowledge, education, skills, courage, persistence and most important thing you must have is the ability to take action. Combination of all these skills leads a person to get success in life.

I have seen lot of individuals who are super motivated to get success but they fail every time they try? Why they fail when they are super motivated? The simple reason is they don't have necessary knowledge and education and that's why they are not able to reach the success.

You probably have noticed that motivation fluctuates on a daily basis. One day you are super motivated to do everything you want to and other day you are zapped. This is the biggest problem with motivation. Therefore, relying only on motivation may give you little success but not everything you desire for and you may give up in the middle of the way.

As Jim Rohn Says, "Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot." So don't be motivated idiot. Don't rely only on motivation as it alone is not enough to attain success.
