Inspiration From The Bonsai Trees

Have you ever experienced a problem that you it was too big to handle? Well, I have experienced that too. I' ll share you one of my experience when I also had that kind of problem.

"It is the end of the world...", I said to myself. I lost my money which is supposed to be paid to our library so I they can sign my clearance. I cried and cried overnight, losing hope that I can see that money again. The next day, before I went to school, I noticed the bonsai tree along my way. It was made by my father last year.

I remembered the time when that bonsai tree was not yet a bonsai tree. It was merely a plant taken from the mountain. It had big leaves and it was tall. At first, I thought that bonsai tree was hopeless, seeing those big leaves and tall branches. "How could that plant become so small?", I asked. My father persevered on trimming the leaves and cutting the stems. He also included the roots in trimming.

After several months, I was surprised to see the bonsai tree. It was beautiful and attractive. It had small leaves and stems, like a miniature of a tree. I realized that hopeless things can turn out to be success!

Using the bonsai as my inspiration, I never lost hope in finding my money. I prayed to God. I went back and forth in the area where I thought my money was lost. Then a boy came to me. He said, "What are you looking for?". I said, "I lost my money somewhere here. Have you seen it?". I was overjoyed when he affirmed to my question. He pointed his fingers to the principal's office where I learned that my money was a lost and found item.

After that experience, I started to recall, that bonsai tree when I experience problems. Like the bonsai tree, you can be fruitful and successful. It won't matter where you are now. What matters is what you will do now to become what you wanted to be.
