Increasing HGH Levels With Exercise

Human growth hormone or HGH is what makes the growth in our body possible. This type of hormone is produced by the pituitary gland which is found in our brain. The HGH is made with 191 amino acids that will stimulate the liver to produce Insulin growth factors. This is what activates the bone and tissue growth in our body. During our earlier years, the gland still produces enough HGH. However, this will finally decline as we enter adolescence. It will be the beginning of various drastic changes in our life. There will be a lot of adjustments in terms of physical, emotional and psychological health. This is all due to the drop of essential hormone count.

There are ways to boost the production of growth hormones. One way is by increasing HGH levels with exercise. It is the biggest contributor for releasing growth hormones. However, this needs to be performed regularly within long periods. That way, you can activate the gland that is producing the HGH. Increasing HGH levels with exercise is done by performing Resistance Training and Endurance Training.

Performing resistance training means that we are able to produce more growth hormones if there is a heavy exercise routine. You can choose how heavy your workouts will be. This will challenge you body resistance with up to where you can do. This also needs to be regarded with the insulin growth factor and the protein synthesis.

The second one is the endurance training. Here, the secretion of HGH will depend on the intensity, frequency and duration of the exercise being performed. This is the most effective form of increasing HGH levels with exercise. This is mostly done by athletes in order for them to build more muscles, strength and stronger stamina.

There are only groups of people who are recommended for this. For example, the athletes need it because they require regular training. But for younger teens or children, they cannot yet perform these types of methods.

Exercising is not all there is. We need still need other factors to consider when trying increasing the growth hormones through exercising. Even though it says that the more you exercise, the more you gain HGH does not mean you have to really force yourself into the method. Too much exercising will leave you weak. That itself does not make the pituitary glands active. It'll only make your body frail and prone to illnesses. 

Simpler exercises include bench press, chin ups, squats and other usual routines. Women that are not into athletics can use these. Make sure that you rest after each performance. That will regain your strength so you are always in an active mood. A good sleeping habit will also help together with increasing HGH levels with exercise.
