Increase Traffic to Website With Blog Post Writing

Expert Author AJ Simon

Blog post writing has been around for years now, and that's for a good reason. You see, blog posts are perfect for increasing traffic to your website with long term benefits. Are you currently struggling with traffic building? If so, what do you think is missing from your marketing campaign? Keep reading and find out what you could do to increase traffic and online conversions.

I suggest that you do the following:

Research your topic effectively. Find out what people are typing into the search engines to find your information. What keywords are they using? How many different variations of a particular word are they using? Use Google's keyword tool to get a general idea of which keywords would work best for you. Depending on the niche you are involved in, keyword research will be fairly easy to conduct. Blog post writing can increase traffic to your website if you follow the proven method.

Never include too many keywords in your blog posts. In fact, if you do this, your search rankings will go down drastically. Instead, be humble with your keyword placement. Only place them in the title, blog post body, and conclusion; Not every single sentence of your content. I suggest that you only place a relevant keyword once per paragraph you write.

Write more than one blog post. I know this is pretty obvious, but people complain that blogging doesn't work, and they have only written one blog entry. Don't let this happen to you. Write several each day. Do not be afraid to target the same keyword more than once. The more times you write a post targeting the same keyword, the better your chances are of getting search rankings. And we all know the benefits of getting natural rankings online.

For best performance, and more traffic, write shorter content. Yeah...that's right. The shorter your content is, the better your chance is of getting it listed on Google. It's true. I've tested many different word counts. I've found that writing content that is between 415-530 words in length is the optimal word count. Also, it ensures that people will read your entire entry and click through to your product or service.

Use dialogue. This is the golden nugget of blog post writing. Dialogue is what gets people interested in your content. If you don't have some sort of dialogue in your posts, I can almost bet my life on it that you won't get the results you want. Do yourself a favor and increase traffic to your website by using dialogue.
