Now even though it is simple to do this exercise know that it is not easy whatsoever to do 100 squats in under 5 minutes for any person. If you're someone who doesn't like sweating then you are definitely not going to like this exercise, but what you will like is the results you are going to get from it.

It is without a doubt going to take your body through a metamorphosis so that you look a thinner and sexier you. When you are doing this exercise, you are going to be seeing results within the first 10 days, and the best thing about this exercise of the fact that it only takes 5 minutes to do every day.

You could also try hopping on a small trampoline and all you have to do is jump up and down on it, you can do this for however long you want because no matter what you are going to be burning calories doing it. In my opinion, you should be jumping up and down on your main trampoline for at least 20 minutes every day for you to be seeing great results.

For you to control and maintain your weight, I recommend you get started on walking. Walking without a doubt is the best and most simplest weight loss exercise there is. All you need to do is walk, you don't need any equipment and all you really need to make sure of is that you have comfortable shoes to walk in.

I recommend that you walk for a good 20 to 30 minutes a day to help you burn calories and maintain your weight, not only is walking a great way to lose weight but it is also a great way to keep the weight off after you have lost it. This is really all you have to do to lose weight and keep it off, just burn calories and follow a diet that is going to have you eating low calorie meals.
