How many times have you heard this, "Oh, I have to pay? Never mind then."
When was the last time you got something for nothing? Even those that win the Lottery paid something, right?
Working from home is just like opening a shop on the street except you have no over head because your home is your office. Opening a business would cost you so much more. Think about it, you would have to rent space somewhere. Then you would have to pay contractors to come in and get the place the way you need it to do business. Already that has cost more that a home based business, but lets keep going anyway.
Now you are going to have to get your inventory, hire people, buy office supplies. WOW, Stop! Right now before you even open your doors for business you are in the RED. You have more than likely spent over 5 to 8 thousands dollars. But you have your own business and your the boss. Oh wait! How are people going to know you are there and what you have to sell? You forgot about advertising, ok now, tack on another 2 to 6 thousand dollars for that too.
The reason you are asked to pay to sign up is because to be honest, it is to keep the Tire Kickers away. If you are serious about working from home, you understand that nothing is free and that it takes money to make it. Get a budget started so you can get your business up and running without using your regular bank account. When you start receiving your commissions, put that money into your budget account and use that money to put back into your business.
Some Internet businesses have a 1 time charge to get started, then to stay with the program there is a monthly charge. And if you want your business to get a good start, then have a co-op or a lead package and start off with the small one first. What I mean about a small one is to have small lead packages or co-op that start around one hundred. These are optional, you do not have to buy these packages, but they do work.
What I am saying is this, if you are really serious about working from home, it takes money to make money but you do not have to spend a fortune to be your own boss. Have a budget of about $300.00 to $500.00, more than likely will not need all of that but it is there just in case.

I have had a lot of home based businesses and for some reason they didn't work. I never made a dime with them. But what I have learned over many years, is that when you have a home based business, you must get in the mind set that you are the CEO of your own business and you need to learn how to make your business grow. You must go through training and ask a lot of questions, Learn how to plug yourself into the system. And don't complain that you are being nickel and dimed to death, remember that it takes money to make money. It does not have to be a hard or an expensive lesson to learn if you are dedicated and start a budget. Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Carolyn_Larson |
