How to Use WordPress and Twitter to Get Amazing Traffic!

The first thing you need is a WordPress Blog, either a free hosted blog or you can download the WordPress software yourself to setup on your own server. Domain name doesn't matter a whole lot. I even use .info domains for my autoblogs and it works fine.

Once your blog is setup, you need to get WordPress Feed, a plug in that takes an RSS stream and creates a new blog post on your site automatically.

Then, you setup a Twitter account. There is another plug in for WordPress called Twitterfeed or something like that, that lets you spit out the posts on your blog as Twitter updates. The plug in also adds people to follow for you which in turns gets more people to follow you. It works!

So, with the RSS feed pumping into you blog, and from your blog its being pumped into Twitter, it all becomes searchable on the web as being a part of your content. When someone sees your twitter feeds they can click the link and go back to your website.

I did this on an entire blog farm of 20 sites when they were brand new and now they collectively get over 50,000 visits monthly and growing.

You can set the variables in the different plug ins to your liking but overall, this is a sure fire way to generate more traffic in a jiffy. It's much better for you to focus your blog and RSS feed around a particular niche. You don't want a blog about cats mixed with content about wood chippers.
