Are you sick and tired of feeling like you're carrying an extra spare tire? Would you like a few tips you can use to get rid of it? I know exactly how it is to carry that extra weight around and it's definitely not fun. Most of us have good intentions of trying to get rid of it but it's not as easy as the late night infomercials make it out to be.

In this article today I'd like to show you a little plan I continue to use to get top results over and over again. The first simple step you need to make is to change your eating habits. Right now you're probably eating 2-3 very large meals each day and this is killing your chance to lose weight. You need to start eating smaller more frequent meals for weight loss success. Eating 5 or 6 meals a day is great for your body because it can digest the food easily without having to worry about a big load.

The next thing you need to do is to live an active lifestyle. Most people leave work and come home and sit down and watch tv. That's okay if you want to watch a little tv and take a break when you get home. However you need to remember to be more active in your life. This means that you should take a bike ride or go on a hike. This means that you should clean around the house. Most people forget that most of the calories they burn are outside of the gym.
