If you've played Travian for more than the first few weeks of a server, you've probably noticed that the number of farms available to raid keep going down to the point that you are destroying other players because you want to get all the resources from "your" farms. In case you don't know, a farm is a player who lets you steal his/her resources when raiding or attacking.

How do you ensure that you can keep finding farms with resources available to steal throughout the entire server? You raid the roster.

First, what is the roster? The roster is the in-game list of all players on a server. If you type in a rank of 45,000 you'll get to the last and lowest player. These players have a few unprotected resources.

Many new players are just trying out the game for the first time and aren't aware of the incredible power of using crannies. They also aren't in the rhythm of checking their account every day which means more resources left unprotected and unchecked for you to raid.

I suggest opening each player link in a new tab and bookmarking all the tabs into a folder in your bookmarks. You can open each of these folders with a set of new players (10 - 20 ideally) and send 3 - 5 mace men to each village.

Keep in mind that you are going to have to travel up to 12 hours to hit these new players. This is fine because you are only sending 5 macemen. If you lose them or they're absent from your village for an extended period of time it's ok since they're cheap to create anyway.
