How to Quickly Remove the Fat From Your Waist

There you are, working hard on your abs day after day and when you look in the mirror you see the same problem, day after day. All those tight and trim abs are hidden behind a layer of fat that stubbornly won't go away no matter how many abdominal exercises you do. This is because your waist is the most common place to store fat.

Think of moving this fat storage area (without laughing) to your triceps. If your body stored fat there and your goal was to reduce fat, how many tricep pulldowns do you think you'll have to do to remove it all? Now think of how strange you reflection would be! Un-humanly massive triceps and the rest of you exactly the way it is now. No a pretty picture. Same is true for you abs. If all you did was abdominal exercises in an attempt to reduce fat it would take forever and you'd look kind of weird when you were done. What you abs need to burn that fat, is the help provided by adding cardio and weights to your workout. All your ab exercises will make you midsection look and feel awesome and the cardio and weights will help use up that stored fat and maintain a healthy proportionality across your whole physique.

A good way to do this is to alternate between cardio and weight consistently for no more than 45 minutes. This type of training is not for beginners as it does place a lot of demand on the body.

To start you'll want to set up all the exercises so you can quickly move from one to the next with a minimum of interruption or rest. As always begin with a warm up to get the blood flowing then do a short cardio workout. Go directly to your first weight exercise and when completed return to do another short cardio workout. Repeat this process for all the weight exercises keeping in mind that your aim is consistency. Do not push yourself to failure.

Because cardio involves the legs, it is not recommended to do a set of leg exercises between cardio sets because it wont give your legs a chance to rest.

Using this method on a regular basis will burn fat from both weight and cardio workouts and will increase your body's daily fat burning rate.
