How to Make a Video and Upload to YouTube

When making a video for YouTube firstly you need to make sure all content adheres to the content guidelines. So you need to make sure there is no nudity in it etc. There are many different type of video you can make. One of the most popular is a vlog so I am going to explain how you would go about making a vlog and uploading a vlog.

Vlog basically means video blog. It gives you an opportunity to speak your mind and let others know what you are doing. For example something might just have happened that you want to have a memory of and inform others. So you'll grab your camera and start recording yourself talking, basically making an everlasting memory.

After recording your vlog you then need to render it using a computer program so you can then upload it to YouTube with good quality. Simply transfer the video file to your computer, open it up in a video editing program. Your next step is to select publish or render. This may take a while as it is rendering the video file fit to upload. Once it's done it should save it as a file into the folder you specified.

Log on to YouTube using your name and password, you may have to create an account if you don't have one. On the top right side of the YouTube webpage next to the search bar it will say browse and upload. Click upload, it will take you to a page where you have to click upload video, and then you need to select your video file.

Once you have done that it will begin to upload. Whilst it is uploading you can change the title, description and tags for the video. Keep the webpage open for the uploading to end. Once it had uploaded then you have successfully made and uploaded a video to YouTube.
