If you are familiar with Google AdWords, then you may have heard about people setting up Adword accounts that enable their online business to make money. Before making oodles of money with Google AdSense is discussed however, it is very helpful to know exactly what AdWords is and how it works.
Google AdWords is a pay per click (PPC) advertising program that allows website owners and marketers the ability to place advertisements in the search engine results when people search for a term. These ads typically appear above the search engine results and to the right hand side of the results when a user is looking at their computer screen. They are known as pay per click advertisements because the ad owner only gets charged when an Internet user actually clicks on the ad and visits the link that is associated with it. When the advertiser sets up their AdWords account with Google, they deposit money into their accounts so that is there to take from when a user clicks the ads.
People have reported making oodles of money by using Google AdWords and here are a few of the different ways that someone may go about doing so:
- The first way to make oodles of money using AdWords is to set up advertisements that are going to appear on the first results page in Google. Advertisers will sometimes avoid this because ads on the first page are often the most expensive per click. However, cheaper click through rates can be obtained by implementing niche marketing and using sub niche keywords in advertising rather than using very basic and short tail keywords.
- Going along with number 1, using longer tailed key phrases is better than using shorter key phrases. This method may be able to make you more money using AdWords because you will be targeting a very specific audience, rather than a general audience for a keyword that may or may not be interested in what product or services you are selling.
- If you want to make oodles of money with AdWords, then it is helpful to start with your website and the product or service that you are offering. You need to make sure that the product or service is something that consumers are actually looking for and your website also needs to be of high quality. Low quality websites will scare customers away and Google can at times penalize advertisers for marketing low quality websites.
Using these tips may help you make money using Google's AdWords program. There are a lot of different ways to set up your ads, but just remember to target a specific audience, use long tail key phrases and use a niche that other marketers have not saturated already, but one that is also in demand.
