1) Focus on establishing an emotional connection with him.
· Create a mental bond with him before you even consider a physical relationship.

· By becoming his friend first, you're going to learn a great deal about him, everything from his flaws to his strengths. He might even do something strange or even unattractive such as only cutting his toenails twice a year.

3) Rein in those hormones.
· Some women use sex as a way to keep a man, but that strategy isn't effective. It's a quick and easy way for a man to take advantage of you, and it gives him an excuse to say you're not the right woman for him.
· So you sleep with him, and he has a great time. What happens when he sees you as nothing more than a sexual release? That is another reason why engaging in sexual activity before you and your man are emotionally ready is a very bad idea. Wait until you're ready so the bond you two share will make the experience what it should be, an act of love.
