How to Lose Weight!

Weight loss is not rocket science, but on the other hand, it's not as easy as eating a piece of cake. It takes a fair amount of knowledge to do it right, just like building muscle does.

Here I'm going to give you a couple reasons what might be hindering your weight loss.

The first reason is your on a diet. If you're on a diet, you're not going to see results. A diet is a temporary change of eating habits. Regardless of how healthy it is, it's only for a designated period of time. Once you come off of this diet, you will begin to experience what is called rebound. This means, after you are off the diet, and continue with your old eating habits, then the fat that you lost because of said diet, will return. It will probably bring along some more pounds with it too.

Reason number two. There is too much stress in your life. Let's face it, losing weight can be stressful. You know that your overweight, you have to worry about how to lose that weight. How to lose it fairly quickly for a lot goals. Plus you have to worry about keeping it off once you get it off. That's a lot of pressure to deal with, right? What you need to do is find something that helps relieve that stress. It can be anything you want, with some limitations of course. You can eat junk food if that relieves stress, cause that will just add to the problem. I find that exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Go for a light run everyday down to a lake or river during a sunset. Maybe try getting a massage every week. What ever you like.

Just evaluate your problems, correct them, and become the person you have always dreamed of being! Good luck!
