Health is the base of your body, life and mind. So many things can affect your health. I believe health is important because if you exercise than you will reapthe benefits of your daily discipline. If you do not exercise it is ok too because that is what you value, but your choice over time will show you the effects in your body.
Health for your life is also important. Relationships, talking to your friends, family your spouse or even striking up a conversation with someone new can add great results to your life. Words can help you communicate how you feel. When you tell someone else there's a connection, a human connection. It becomes real. So talk to people, wear a smile, and when someone is down give them yours.
Health is in what you eat. Those everyday choices of eating clean foods that are good for your body, mind and soul. If you at a cheeseburger today and you suffered a heart attack would you eat another one? You'd say "NO...NO...No Get that thing away from me!". But sadly because that cheeseburger won't give you a heart attack right now people continue to eat, and eat and eat. Until one day....pop!
Then to their own amazement they wonder who can I blame for this? So eating healthy is important.
Ok. So we have body, life and now my favorite health for your mind. This is one of the greatest things that you can do for yourself and promise if continue to do this simple act it could change your life. So here's the magic potion folks it's called.....reading, writing and talking. No tricks no smoke and mirrors.
Read all the books. Books that will help you develop. Ten pages a day of a good book could change your life! I am not asking you to read the whole book in one sitting. Just ten pages and then use what you learned the rest of the day and tomorrow read again and apply again. Improve any skills that you want with just ten pages.
Write about the things that happen to you because surely as time does pass you will forget things. But if you write them down you can always go back a share the story with someone you love or relive that moment again for yourself. So keep a journal this will serve you well. Also speak from experience and do not lie. If you don't know something are you just going to stand there in the same place mentally day after day, throwing your hands up in frustration and quit?! NO! ASK SOMEBODY! But make sure that they have accurate information of what you want to learn.
Don't waste your time listening to a carpenter about stock analysis.
Ask them how. Where do I start? Get the basics before going into the exotic. So I think health is important because it encompasses the mind, body and soul of life.
