How to Last Longer During Intercourse - A Different Approach

If you want to know how to last longer during intercourse, I could just share with you 8 different tips. But instead, I would rather give you a greater understanding on the cause of PE and show you a real practical way that you can stop it from happening.

The True Cause Of PE

Just to dispel any myths that you may have learned, PE is caused by anxiety. Even if you are on the high school football team and can get any girl you want and life is great, if you have even a tiny amount of anxiety in the bedroom then it will snowball and become premature ejaculation.

This includes worrying about how long you have left before ejaculation, being unsure about how to please your woman, feeling inferior to other guys that she has slept with etc. The more anxious you are and the more you think about your ejaculation and the more you want to not have PE, the more likely it actually becomes! So the way to eliminate PE is to rid yourself of this anxiety.

"Tired" Sex

One method that I teach a lot of guys who are just starting to learn how to last longer during intercourse is what I call the "tired" method. This means that you need to do a good workout earlier in the day, using weights. When you life a lot of weights, your muscles become tired. They feel quite sore.

But this sore feeling is actually in a strange way quite a good feeling. It relaxes the body. When you sleep, your body will repair the muscles and this is what actually causes muscle growth. But the key thing I'm talking about here is the muscle soreness - your whole body will just want to relax. And because mind and body are connected, this is why many people can sleep so easily after good exercise.

What this also means is that before you go to sleep you can also have good sex and last much longer. Don't worry, you won't be too tired that you cannot even have sex anymore. You will still be "awake" enough for sex. But you will find yourself much more relaxed as usual and your skin to your partner's skin will feel even better than before - she may even be surprised with how much more "sensual" than usual you are!

And the result is that you can last a lot longer, typically at least 5 minutes longer than usual from this alone.
