One of the most common problems that people have with banner advertising is that they have no idea which sites are making them the profits and which are losing them money. In this article I want to show you exactly how to figure that out and how to get more profits out of the winners.

Secret #1:

If you are running traffic to your site from more then one ad you have to be using a tracking system on your site that will tell you where the visitors are coming from and which percentage of them are buying from you.

Then you need to assign a dollar value to the traffic you are getting from each site. So for example: If you are buying traffic from site a & your paying $100 a month, getting 400 visitors & making $1,000 in sales from your efforts, you can use that to your advantage.

Here is how it works: Your $1,000 in sales means that you're making $2.50 in income from every visitor (400) who hits your site. You also know that your cost per visitor is $0.25 a click.

You're getting 400 visitors and paying $100 to get them to your site. That means you're paying $0.25. So that means if you're spending $100 & getting $1,000 back in new sales - you're making 10 times your money!

Secret #2:

Once you figure these numbers out you can go back to that site and buy every ounce of advertising they can sell you as you know that the more people who come to your site - the more money you are going to make.
