You can simply find someone who is making stuff happen, and knows what they are talking about.
Now it's time to find your expert.
Start by looking around you. If you have a business partner, interview them. If you have competition, interview them. Anyone that you can find is a place to start. You can also find people on websites like RTIR (dot) com under the "find a guest" tab. These are people who are WANTING to be interviewed. Industry related forums are good places to find people.
When you find someone to agree, you just set up a time to call in and lay the groundwork about what you will cover. Establish a start and finish time, and come up with a list of questions. The easiest way to do this is by asking THEM to send YOU a list of 10 questions that you will ask them. (After all, they know what they are good at)
Review the questions and set up a conference call line. Just do a search for "Free Conference Call" and you will find tons of options. At the scheduled time, you both call in, and conduct the interview. Most conference lines will allow you to record them.
