ABC's

This is a really intense ab workout, and most people who are just starting to exercise may not be able to finish. However, the important thing is feeling that burning feeling in your abs and pushing yourself as far as you can get!

What you need to do is lie on your back with your hands under your butt (for stability). Raise your legs straight out in front of you and keep them about six inches off the ground. What you are going to do is draw the ABC's in the air with your toes. Do your best to get to Z and you will KNOW what I mean about that burning feeling in your abs.

The Bridge

The bridge is another great endurance workout for your abdominal muscles. Get in the push-up position and rest on your elbows. Make sure your body is completely straight and keep your abs tight. Stay in this position for as long as you can. Make sure to times yourself so that you can try and improve upon it each time.

The Bicycle

The bicycle will get the sides of your core nice, lean, and strong. Lie on your back with your knees over you in the air. Put your hands behind each ear (so that your elbows are sticking out) and use your abs to bring your left elbow to your right knee and vice versa.
