The Best Chest Exercise Routine for Huge Pecs

Start with dumbbell bench press for 4 sets of 8 reps. This will hit your middle chest. The next exercise is the incline dumbbell press. It's important to choose an exercise that will give your triceps and delts a break so that you can focus on your chest muscles and then finish them off with the final exercise. Do 4 sets of 10 reps as heavy as you can go on the incline flyes to work your upper pecs. Now that you have given your delts and triceps a rest they will be ready to assist on some heavy dips. Move to a dipping station and do dips for another 4 sets of 8 repetitions. Lean over slightly while you do these and it will work your lower and outer chest giving you that sweeping pec look. Do another 4 sets of 6 to 8 reps. You only need to do this routine once a week for 6 weeks. Finish it off with a couple sets of strict pushups to failure.
