You could dress up your 12 to 24 month old with a cute dress for this Halloween. A toddler fairy costume is not difficult to design, if you have a few accessories, and one main piece of clothing.
First, you should pick out a dress that will become the centerpiece of the entire flowery outfit. You will create a flowery costume for your little daughter, one that will remind everybody of a beautiful rose. This is why you will need a cute red or pink dress. The dress should be very plain and comfortable, so that your little darling can move around freely.
Next, you will create that flowery pattern for the dress. You will need a sheet of dark green velvet. This will be attached at the neckline, in such a manner that it resembles a green leaf collar. Just cut out a collar shape, and cut it into a zigzag pattern.

The main concept of this little flowery costume is that your darling should truly look vibrant, in a nice pink, red, or purple color, with many flowery ornaments. Use your imagination, and make use of as many accessories as you can, such as beads, sequins, satin ribbons, lace, or sheer nylon layers for dress decoration.
