This article will explain how to deal quit smoking effects properly. Some people who are quitting always experience a "hard way" in their second or third week. Week three is always a weird emotional week for them. However, the cool part is that you will learn heaps about yourself, your triggers, fears etc. All you have to do is keep the faith.
It is often that you will get a very anxious feeling while you are on week two or three. On this stage, you have to be very careful. You surely don't want to have an anxiety attack while driving to work. Common symptoms are you feel light headed and dizzy. Plus a feeling out of sorts, kind of feeling that you don't know what you are doing, where you are going. You get up to go somewhere and forget where you were going. Those are the symptoms and smoking will not make the condition better. Just take deep breathing and calm down.
Besides panic attacks that may come to you, you will feel that you are not yourself on the certain days. You look exhausted as if you have been in a battle all day. You have war, not with cigarettes but may be with something that you even can't describe it. The thought has been in your mind that you are not smoking but it isn't a craving. Those are actually making sense. All you have to do are to keep fight and stay focus for the process.
