Burning Xbox 360 games isn't as easy as many people might imagine. They have all sorts of copyright material on board which can prevent you from getting the most out of your game, and make you unable to copy it properly. Luckily, this tutorial will show you how.
Copying Your Games
Copying Xbox 360 games is all about getting them to be duplicated by your PC. To do this, you first need to download a tool called "imgBurn". This is a copying tool which will allow you to copy and burn the game that you want. Download it from imgburn.com and then install it on your PC.
Next, you then need to get the .iso and .dvd files for your game that you want to copy. These are available from either ripping the game or by downloading the game files (downloading them is illegal unless you have purchased a legal copy of the game). Once you have these two files, open up the .dvd and copy the LAYER BREAK number that's in there.
When you've done that, you then need to open up imgBurn again and then click on the "options" tab. This will load up a new screen where you need to post the layer break image that you copied from the .dvd file. After that, simply open the main screen of imgBurn again and then click on "Create Disc from Image". This will load up a new Window where you can load the .iso to burn to disc.
On that screen, browse your PC for the .iso you had and then open it up. Then you need to select the write speed of 4X to ensure maximum reliability, and then copy proceed to burn the game to disc. This process shouldn't take more than 40 minutes and will tell you when it's complete.
Playing Your Games
The truth be told, burning Xbox 360 games is actually quite simple. However, it's playing them on your console that is the hard part. To do this, you need to be able to tweak your xbox and PC a little, which requires some special software and systems. Luckily, it's quite easy to do if you have a good tutorial to help you.
