Sounds too good to be true? Well trust me, it's not. I have been there and I have personally achieved this, so I am happy to show you how to lower your cholesterol in 5 easy steps. You will be amazed at how good you will feel when you achieve your goal!
I'm going to dive right in and get started:
Step 1
Eliminate or limit the amount of animal fats you consume. Animal fats are saturated fats and include beef, pork lamb etc. They have a huge impact on your cholesterol levels, and not in a good way.

Start eating foods that lower cholesterol as part of your daily diet. Whole grains cereals, oats, and dark leafy greens are all good sources of fibre, which helps your body deal with cholesterol more efficiently. Other foods to consider are flaxseed oil, avocados and cold water fish.
Step 3
If you are in anyways overweight, then consider losing some weight as people with excess weight have higher levels of cholesterol in their bodies. Exercise will not only help with losing weight, but it will also raise your HDL cholesterol, lower triglycerides and increase your metabolic rate.
Step 4
If you are a smoker, then try to quit altogether. Now while smoking does not directly affect cholesterol levels, it does oxidise the blood faster, making cholesterol more dangerous.
Step 5
