Ok, maybe not that fast, but this 6 pack abs is really much easier than you might think. Everyone is always saying "My secret moves will get you six pack abs!" Use the "Ab Lounger", the "Gigamawhat" and the expensive "Superfastabsflattenerdeal" and watch your six-pack come out! Actually, a few of these gadget work, but you must have a PLAN!!!!

Get a plan, stick with it, and you will amaze yourself..

I was a half chubby guy with no prior experience with workouts or nutrition, but I got a hold of the right guide with a specific plan to get a 6 pack. I did a pretty serious transformation in a short amount of time. Its really amazing that you can punish your body for so long and have it respond so quickly. I didn't even use an "Ab Lounger, Gigamawhat, or the Superfastabsflattenerdeal" and I got ripped abs in about 6 weeks. The secret is not in the equipment you use, but getting the right knowledge on how our bodies function. Everyone's physiology is the same. So, if you just take a bit of time to learn how our bodies digest, store and get rid of fat, then you will have a deeper understanding of what you are trying to accomplish. If you don't know why you are supposed to do sit-ups or crunches, it makes it harder to actually do them.

The truth is, its a simple equation. Garbage in, equals gargage on your abs, until you can't see them anymore. There are, however, just a few simple things you must learn to get flat, ripped, 6 pack abs. It's not rocket science (do you think those dumb muscle heads can learn rocket science......UH...NO!)

* How to exercise

* When to excercise (bet you didn't know the when made a difference, did ya!)

* When NOT to exercise

* Which foods help

* Which foods hurt

* A short few paragraphs about how the body uses, distributes and gets rid of fuel (aka fat).

Bottom line, you MUST have a plan....no questions.

I just started picking up different guides and informational packets on how to get 6 pack abs. Its really not brain surgery. Start with a good program, stick with it, and when you are done, just start gathering info from a bunch of different sources. Pretty soon you will be an expert on the subject and you'll think "how did I ever think this was complicated?"

Just find some information that will teach you the basics of nutrition and workout routines. There is really not much else to say than, get a plan, stick with it and by the time everyone is eating chocolate covered....er...a....chocolate, you'll be "accidentally" flashing your 6 pack abs to everyone!
