So you want to burn fat fast and do it within the next 7 days?
Well I've developed a 1 week system that will get you beach ready in 7 days time.
I've used this method consistently with amazing success. The most recent was one morning a few weeks ago, I woke up after a long night out with my family and friends and decided I'd check my weight. Boy was I disappointed when I looked at the scale.
I looked in the mirror and noticed I was starting to put on a little weight again. We all know the type of feeling that can put on our day; not a very good one at all!
In one weeks time I was supposed to go to the beach with one of my girl friends from college! So what did I do? Well I implemented my 7 day diet of course! Then I went to the beach, and had an amazing time!
So what's this 7 day diet that helped me lose 10 pounds OF FAT so quickly and easily?
It's my special secret called the "Systemized Fat Burning ShortCut"
Here's what I've done, and what you are going to do for the next 7 days:
For breakfast, only eat fruits. For lunch only eat vegetables and a high protein meat (I normally opt for tuna with mustard - Yum). And for dinner, have a lean chicken breast with some more vegetables. And only water to drink during these meals.
Now for your workouts, you will be exercising 3 times per day; but don't worry, these workouts are meant to be very easy!
They are not high intense workouts that are going to break you down. You only workout until you feel like you've got a good workout in - not great, just good. If the first day you realized you didn't go hard enough, then bring the intensity up a notch for the second day and on.
The morning workout will take place after your morning breakfast. For this you will do a nice long run, cool down, and stretch.
The afternoon workout will consist of bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, supermans, calf raises, and crunches. Do one easy set of each, and then repeat the cycle. Spreading the workouts out is the key to getting as much fat burning exercise in as possible.
And finally the night workout will consist of another run, cool down, and stretch.
Remember, do these exercises to the point where you still feel good! I lost 10 pounds in 7 days with this method and I was pretty lean already! Since protein is a big part of this low calorie diet, we are not losing muscle! You can expect to lose even more fat than I did as long as you stick to the program
