Knowing how to burn body fat is the key to becoming a successful bodybuilder and making your body the best it can be. If you are tired of seeing the guys in the gym with the high bodyfat who think they are big, read on to find out how to burn body fat.
Method 1
Okay this is only for the real hardcore, but if you really want to know how to burn body fat, take up boxing. I'm not saying you have to compete and become a real boxer etc, but plenty of boxing gyms will let you workout there and tell you how to get yourself into shape. Boxing training along with some serious lifting will have you ripped beyond belief
Method 2
Ok now running isn't the only method of how to burn body fat, so why not sample a few different things and see what you prefer doing. I guarantee that long term, if you can find something you enjoy, you'll get more body fat burned through it. It's all good trying to run and burn it off, but what if you hate running? Some people do, so find something you enjoy in order to get some real commitment to it.
Method 3
Crank up the intensity. When they are learning how to burn body fat, many people forget that the more often they do something they more efficiently they can do it. It may kill you to run a mile in 9 minutes at first, but after a while you'll be doing it in 8 minutes and barely be breathing hard. Evolution baby! This means you have to continually train harder and harder to receive the same benefits. Blame Darwin.
Method 4
Go swimming. Not often seen in "how to burn body fat" guides, but swimming, if you do it with intensity, is truly a fat burner. Not only that, but it works muscles that can otherwise be dormant, PLUS it will help you maintain some flexibility in your muscles as they get larger and you get heavier. It's not for everyone, but you'll be surprised if you give it a shot.
