How To Build Your List - Here Is How Easy It Is!

You have probably heard this a million times, the money is in the list! But, what do they mean when they say this and just how do you go about building your list?

Hang on to your seat because I am going to not only tell you how to build your list but just how easy it is to build your list and never have to worry about traffic again!

First, you will need to have your own website. Why do you need your own website? Because, you need to look professional! The days of ugly websites are gone. I would suggest using a one page website, or squeeze page as it is called. You could also use a blog, but I prefer a squeeze page.

Now, your squeeze page needs to look good. There is just too much competition out there nowadays and you need to have a unique, professional look. If you are not familiar with creating a squeeze page, there are many out there that you can purchase and then edit them to suit your business.

The next thing that you will need is an autoresponder. Why? Because this is the software that you use to build your list. There are many out there, but I personally use AWeber because it is easy to use and it will provide you with all of the functions you will need to maintain and communicate with your list. Your autoresponder will be the single most important piece of software that you will purchase to build your list!

Another important thing that you must have is something to give away to your list. An eBook is a very popular giveaway item. Your eBook should be on the same topic as your squeeze page and it should be of value! I can't stress this enough. Your eBook needs to be good! You don't necessarily have to be the author of the eBook, but it needs to be of value to your list so that your subscribers will want more information from you. You want them to be salivating until they hear from you again!

One great thing about having a list is that you won't have to constantly be driving traffic to your website. You will have your own ready-made traffic. Then, you can begin to build a relationship with your list so that you can market your products and services or your affiliate products to your list.
