The biggest mistake people did when building muscles is to imitate pro bodybuilders. Perhaps, they believed in the saying "If you want to become a master, you should apprentice with a master". But that is not true in body building. Training yourself like a pro body builder won't help you build muscle. So why should you believe them? On the first place, most of them were not trained naturally. Some of them are using chemical boosters. And above all, they're genetically gifted.

The average person requires a different approach. Just like you, I've also searched and read so many articles online. In my reading, I found out that most successful muscle building programs follow the same system and that is through eating and exercising. But of course if one of these two things is missing, it would be useless.

Before exercising, you should eat solid amounts of whole foods such as protein and carbs. However, don't forget to make variations when working out. Do not just stick on one portion. Otherwise, you will suffer from injuries or muscle cramps. Above all, you should have enough rest to recover the energy you've lost during the workout.

Learning how to build muscles is simple. You can use shortcuts as most body builders did. But my advice is to stick on the natural approach. You don't need to sacrifice your health just to get the desire figure.
