Many people, perhaps like you, are finding that having a yeast infection -- many times they are recurring infections -- is destroying their sex life and their relationships. But it doesn't have to be that way. This article describes how not to keep getting a yeast infection after sex.
Sexual intercourse can be a factor in the spread of yeast infection, but, it isn't the root cause. It's important to bear this in mind when considering which treatment to use.
The cause is a fungus (Candida Albicans) which resides in most of us without any problems, but, every now and again it can flare up into a yeast infection in both women and men. There are many reasons why this happens, but not necessarily sex; sex only makes it harder to cure, and, can spread it from one partner to another, and back again.
Treatments nowadays are mostly creams applied to the infected area (e.g. vagina, penis), or, pills and sometimes even injections. Most of these treatments are through prescription or over-the-counter. All are drug based and can work well enough for a period. But all too often the infection just keeps returning, because the root cause isn't being addressed and the fungus can build up a resistance to the drugs.
So, how not to keep getting a yeast infection after sex? There is only one way and that is to stop having sex altogether while you cure your yeast infection!
Bummer! No?
Well it's true; if you or your partner has a yeast infection it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to clear it up while having a sexual relationship; even if you're taking the above medication. It may clear one week and come back the next. And using a condom won't help much because the spermicide in the lubricant can also encourage the fungus.
So you want to clear up the infection, but you don't want to wait forever for that to happen, and, you certainly don't want it returning every so often; you want a permanent cure. But you probably have experienced multiple yeast infections over time, so you have lost confidence in main stream treatments.
What to do now?
Well, many folks around the world who, perhaps like you, have suffered in silence for years, have discovered a completely natural, permanent cure in hours and the secret of how not to keep getting a yeast infection after sex.
