Having a bigger penis size has naturally always given a man a physical and mental advantage over other males.

Males also consider themselves as more of an alpha male if they have an increased penis size. The alpha male is the leader of a group or small society. Enlargement exercises have been around for thousands of years, and can be performed daily by hand.

These exercises increase penis size because they naturally promote growth in the penis chambers called the corpora cavernosa.

There were also exercises thousands of years ago involving weights and pulleys. These weights were effective however, they were found to be dangerous and potentially fatal, so were abandoned in use. Penile exercises were invented in Asia when people began using them by hand and began to pull the penis in different directions, causing it to enlarge in length.

Over consistent use and through different routines, they found that doing these exercises in a certain way, promoted the permanent growth of penis size.

Through time and efforts these raw routines have been scientifically perfected, so now they are more effective and efficient than ever before.

So How do these exercises work?
